The Transport & Logistics Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting all warehouse and logistics business administration.

What you’ll do:

Liaise with transport companies and internal suppliers in Europe to raise and follow-up on claims. Update all orders and records within our database (SAP) to ensure accurate shipment costs and purchase orders are tracked. Book export transport and produce required customs paperwork for clearance. Ensure all time and attendance is accurate and log any payroll variances in the system.

What you’ll bring:

 Experience within an administrative, coordinator, or logistics role or equivalent experience. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication. Self-directed with the ability to prioritise own workload.
