Overview of the role:

JCB Attachments has a fantastic opportunity for a new Export Sales Manager to join the team. This challenging and exciting role will work closely with the global dealer network to achieve sales growth for the range of machine mounted attachments and light equipment across a number of countries.

We are seeking a dynamic and pro-active Export Sales Manager to work with, motivate and develop JCB’s dealer network to deliver attachments sales revenue and profitable growth.

Your Responsibilities as an Export Sales Manager:

· Develop key relationships with dealer teams and with internal JCB personnel.

· Collaborate and negotiate with dealers to achieve annual sales targets and profit forecasts for attachments by developing and implementing a structured sales and marketing plan.

· Identify market opportunities in key regions and implement sales initiatives to deliver growth.

· Identify potential issues that may affect future sales and oversee the implementation of an effective solution.

· Monitor competitor activity and regional pricing variance and review this with dealers to decide upon action to resolve lost sales.

· Ensure customer interests are represented and communicated within JCB, spending time visiting dealers and customers.

· Communicate market information into the other business functions to ensure all areas of the operation are aligned to achieving the market opportunities via new and existing products.

· Develop the aftermarket capability of dealers, including training, stock management, marketing, using JCB systems and introducing new products to the market.

· Regularly present the JCB Attachments range & associated features and benefits to end users and our dealer body through events, exhibitions, and trade shows

About you:

The successful applicant will have either a sales or account management background. They should be committed and dedicated to overcome challenges and deliver results.

They will demonstrate the ability to handle commercial negotiations and have experience in setting budgets and delivering monthly sales forecasts. Market and industry knowledge with an understanding of typical construction and agricultural applications would be advantageous but not vital. The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following;
