The Cliftonville is looking for our next Assistant Manager. 

£30,000 per annum, plus tips  50% off food, drinks, and accommodation across all CPG sites

It has a well established reputation for hospitality founded on guest care, the utilising of Norfolk’s fantastic local produce and it’s enviable position Now under new ownership, The Cliftonville is looking for new team members to embark upon the next leg of its journey with it’s passionate management team. What you’ll be doing as a Assistant Manager :

Running shifts and ensuring a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members Setting up shifts for successful service and coaching and assisting colleagues on shift Assisting in service across all hotel departments, including F&B, Reception, and Housekeeping Ensuring a positive guest experience for all guests whilst maintaining quality and cleanliness standards Resolving guest and staff questions, queries, and issues Taking responsibility for revenue, profit, and guest experience targets Day to day administration such as scheduling, ordering, and stock control Training and developing team members Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws, and ensuring that the necessary security is in place
