The basics...

You’ll be focusing on instructional design, building scripts and designing documents based on business requirements and needs You’ll learn to support the production of state-of-the-art digital learning content using tools and software like Adobe Creative Cloud and GOMO You’ll be a part of meetings and workshops with the team and wider business You’ll be creating visually appealing and impactful infographics. Using your creative skills to take complex data and transform it into stunning visuals that captivate our audience. As our infographic expert, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with our team to communicate information in an engaging and memorable way. You’ll learn how to use video equipment and occasionally work on location at Rentokil Initial sites to help with the end-to-end production of training and other internal videos You’ll learn how to edit video and audio to publish for business use You'll gain experience in administering the global social learning platform

Requirements

Strong attention to detail A hard-working, flexible and enthusiastic attitude To be able to take initiative and be willing to learn about digital learning A keen interest in creative media and digital technologies - an experience in video production and/or the use of Adobe software is a differentiator. Excellent organisation skills A natural problem solver An effective team member, who is also able to work individually
