Role: Teaching Assistant

Location: Wiltshire

Contract: full or part time

Salary: £83-£95 per day

Your responsibilities:  

Your expertise will shine through:

-          Providing tailored assistance to students with Autism

-          Enhancing classroom experiences with your presence

-          Implementing effective behaviour management and sensory strategies

-          Collaborating seamlessly with educators and support teams

-          Creating a safe and conducive learning space

Your Qualifications:

-          Proven experience in the field - preffered but not essential

-          Previous experience working with children and young people

-          Demonstrated patience and empathy

-          Proficiency in behaviour management strategies

-          Agility in adapting to educational dynamics

-          Dedication to cultivating a sense of belonging

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
