Voor deze uitdagende rol zoeken wij iemand met groeipotentie richting Commercial Management Wij zijn namelijk op zoek naar iemand die in staat is om de Program Support Officers aan te sturen en te ondersteunen vanuit Commercial & Contracts. Deze rol is gericht op de US Defense programma’s in Nederland. 

In deze rol ben je bezig met de dagelijkse commerciële activiteiten van het bedrijf en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratie en activiteiten in verband met vragen van klanten, het opstellen van offertes en bespreken met de klant, orderontvangst en -beheer, tot en met het innen van facturen en het terugdringen van achterstallige betalingen.

Werkzaamheden & verantwoordelijkheden

Creëren van overzichten en status voor de Amerikaanse defensieprogramma's. Het doen van voorstellen voor aanvragen van reserveonderdelen door de klanten door middel van de toepasselijke processen toe te passen. De orderportefeuille tijdig en professioneel verwerken om aan de inkoopordervereisten van de klant te voldoen. Je voert de overeengekomen acties uit voor verbeteringen/invorderingen op claims en geschillen, inclusief acties om de klantenscorekaarten aan te passen, in nauwe samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke disciplines. Het vermogen om te integreren met interne processen en afdelingen om commerciële kwesties onder de aandacht van het programma te brengen. Ondersteunen van de interface met de business om contractuele verplichtingen aan haar klanten te benadrukken om schending van dergelijke verplichtingen te voorkomen. Opzetten en controleren van robuust documentbeheer in het IPT en van/naar de klant. Het opstellen van offertes, goedkeur proces doorlopen en uitsturen en bespreken met de klant, orderontvangst en beheer van algemene commerciële ondersteuning aan de programmateams.

Wat breng je mee om succesvol te kunnen zijn in deze rol?

Minimaal Bachelor werk- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur een afgeronde HBO opleiding. Aantoonbare projectmatige ervaring binnen een productiebedrijf.  Gedrevenheid en energie, het vermogen om het team constructief te beïnvloeden. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, in staat om van communicatiestijl te veranderen afhankelijk van de stakeholders en situatie. Klantgerichtheid en het vermogen om je collega's dezelfde focus te geven. Het vermogen om mensen te beïnvloeden, vertrouwen en werkrelaties op te bouwen binnen een internationale organisatie. Een goede vaardigheid in Microsoft Office-toepassingen.  Vaardig in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, gesproken en geschreven.
