We are looking for a highly capable and organised administrator to join our busy in house recruitment team and learning & development teams. Administrator will take all the required actions to complete the administration of the recruitment and training processes. This will include activities such as advertising roles, making offers and arranging training courses.

Main Responsibilities for Administrator (FTC - 6 months):

  • Posting job adverts.
  • Reviewing applications.
  • Scheduling a high volume of interviews.
  • Providing application / interview feedback to candidates.
  • Administration of the onboarding process - such as producing offers, arranging medicals, liaising with security vetting etc.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System.
  • Responding to queries.
  • Arranging training course and programmes.
  • Managing e-learning accounts and training records.
  • Providing general administration to support the L&D team.
  • Rising purchasing requisitions and paying invoices.

Essential Criteria for Administrator (FTC - 6 months):

  • Demonstrable administration experience.
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise work requests and work to tight timescales.
  • Self motivated and proactive.
  • Strong Excel experience.
  • GCSE English & Maths grade A - C (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance (this includes but is not limited to identity, employment and criminal record checks).

Desirable Criteria for Administrator (FTC - 6 months):

  • Experience using ATS systems (ours is Tribepad).
  • Experience using HR systems (ours is Business World).
  • Previous experience in HR / recruitment / training / vetting administration.
