Plant Supervisor

Salary: Competitive plus overtime at time and a half/doubt time plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 42.3 hours per week Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing;

• As the Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for producing a high quality recycled product achieved through effective decision making and appropriate delegation of tasks.
  
• You will undertake day to day supervision of the Road Sweeping Plant, ensuring shift personnel carry out their duties efficiently and safely and all processes are carried out in line with the company's Risk and method statements (RAMS), safe systems of work and local operating procedures.
  
• You will oversee the coordination of machinery and equipment cleaning programmes, the coordination of waste and product flows and associated traffic management and conduct essential machinery and plant checks.
  
• The Plant Supervisor will liaise with all operational departments at the site in organising safe collection inputs, subsequent acceptance and processing of loads within the Road Sweeping Plant and coordinate the collection and delivery of end products.
  
• You will identify parts needed for the plant and submit monthly tonnage reports.
  
• You will ensure the efficient operation of the plant by conducting and/or organising scheduled monitoring and maintenance.
