We work hard enriching the lives of the people we support, with many different care needs. It’s exciting and rewarding work, and we’re full of pride and passion for what we do

Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.
Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: This opportunity is to work in a small supported living service in Southsea, and occasionally at another service in Eastney. The people we support, need assistance with personal care and to mobilise along with support to enjoy their interests and hobbies. They enjoy getting out in the community, doing activities and having fun with like-minded people You’ll be able to come to work every night and use the very best of your personality and skills, as you support people who share your interests to do the things they love the most. Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a Female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act . The people we support need a staff team who can support them with all sorts of fun activities and to integrate in to the wider community. They also enjoy travel, using their bus passes, taking the train or using a taxi. They are looking for someone who can confidently support them to manage this as well as their physical and mental health.

We have strong values and we’re proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or made the shortlist for over national and regional awards

We are also focused on our people. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for the people we support and in return, we go the extra mile for them by investing in pay, recognition, wellbeing and continued professional and personal development. We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.
