DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Planning Team First Line Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

Ensuring that the day to day operation is running smoothyl. Being responsible for a team of 14 colleagues within the planning team. Organising staff rotas and annual leave. Performing regular 121's, return to works and performance reviews. Creating and collating informational reports for management.
