You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles What you will do Handle a varied high volume caseload of principally litigated work arising from road traffic accident with an appropriate level of supervision. Draft documents and letters ensuring they are adapted to each client and their needs. Correspond with clients and other solicitors and liaise with experts where appropriate. Analyse evidence and set case strategies encompassing both technical and commercial considerations Interview witnesses and prepare witness statements. Complete research tasks and analyse documents to provide advice to other team members or direct to clients. Achieve, maintain and apply a consistent approach to all individual targets of financial performance Who you are IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel and Word. Experience of working within a pressurised and deadline driven environment with the ability to prioritise work effectively. Preferably have a Paralegal qualification or equivalent but an interest in litigation and personal injury is valued so this is not essential. Have an outstanding eye for detail Be a confident communicator and negotiator Have excellent relationship and client handling skills. Be responsible for managing all financial aspects of your caseload, including billing, WIP and debt management and accuracy and timeliness of management reporting and information.
