About the Role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join its team in Glasgow. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's expertise in personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate cases at the pre-litigation stage, collecting evidence and supporting principal fee earners in case preparation.
  • Manage complex, specialised cases related to RTA files, approaching them with care, sensitivity, and empathy.
  • Prepare and draft various legal documents, taking statements from witnesses, investigating claims, and reviewing medical records.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in general or specialised personal injury law, civil litigation, or a commercial litigation background.
  • Strong litigation knowledge and the ability to provide excellent client service.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
