We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team at QED Legal. As a leading Personal Injury firm, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients and delivering outstanding results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work on a varied caseload, including RTA, Employers Liability, Occupier Liability, and Public Liability cases. You will have the chance to develop your skills and progress your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a mixed caseload of Personal Injury cases, including RTA, Employers Liability, Occupier Liability, and Public Liability cases
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support claims
  • Prepare and present cases in court, as required
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Personal Injury law and best practices
