AJW Group is a leading provider of aircraft component solutions to the global aviation industry. We are currently seeking a Senior Tactical Buyer to join our SIM team and support our customer partnership, with one of Europe's premier airlines.
A Senior Tactical Buyer responsible for the cost-effective acquisition of materials and services, that are to support the replenishment of materials against Inventory Re-order points and specific demands to support the contractual service delivery requirements to easyJet.
What you’ll be doing:
- Understand easyJet's requirements and align operations accordingly.
- Manage material distribution across easyJet's network, ensuring timely delivery.
- Procure consumable, repairable, and rotable materials as per contracts.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and replenish as needed.
- Oversee and participate in projects supporting easyJet's operations.
- Manage aircraft deliveries and regulatory changes for easyJet's fleet.
- Work towards achieving contractual KPIs and conduct customer visits and reviews.
- Prepare weekly account status reports and serve as an interface between teams and management.
- Develop and improve department processes to reduce administrative tasks.
- Assist the Sim Team with operationalising easyJet demands.
- Review and resolve outstanding sale and purchase orders.
- Manage team structure and support recruitment processes.
