Working for our organisation

The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre is a teaching hospital and one of the first waves of NHS Trusts. It provides a service for the clinical management of musculoskeletal problems and its facilities include Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Rehabilitation and a specialised diagnostic service in Histopathology and Medical Imaging. There are beds overall with eight operating theatres and a purpose built day surgery unit. The hospital takes admissions each year, sees , outpatients, either on the premises or in peripheral clinics and is a tertiary referral centre for specialist orthopaedics and physical rehabilitation. Half of the patients are referred from the Oxfordshire district and the remaining half from the region and beyond.
