Members Relations Assistant - £18,849.60 - 9 month Fixed Term Contract - 24 hours per week

Purpose of the role:

Office based role at our Epsom Clubhouse Monday to Friday, within our accounts team, our Member Relations Assistant is the first point of contact to help resolve member accounts queries. You will be providing an exemplary service and member experience with a confident and friendly approach. The majority of queries are handled over the phone in the first instance to resolve issues professional and in a timely manner. You will be part of a team, building relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.

Essential skills:

Customer services experience with track record in dealing with complex queries Professional, confident and helpful communicator who is calm under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to deal confidently yet empathically with Member queries over the phone High level of attention to detail and able to work under pressure

Fast learner Team player Highly organised Excellent communicator both over the phone and in person Flexible and adaptable approach Working knowlegde of Excel Highly numerate
