RoleOverview:
We are seeking a highlyexperienced and detailoriented Estimator to join our clients team.The successful candidate will have a proven track record inestimating for interior fitout packages including joinery glazedpartitions drylining and structural glazing. This is an excellentopportunity for a skilled professional to play a pivotal role inour companys ongoingsuccess.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Preparedetailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fitout projectsfocusing on joinery glazed partitions drylining and structuralglazing.
  • Analyzedrawings specifications and other documents to identify scoperequirements and potential costsavingopportunities.
  • Source and evaluatesuppliers and subcontractors obtaining competitivequotations.
  • Collaborate with projectmanagers architects and clients to ensure all estimates are alignedwith project requirements andbudgets.
  • Present cost estimates andpricing strategies to senior management ensuring they reflect thecurrent market conditions and companyobjectives.
  • Maintain uptodateknowledge of industry standards materials and construction methodsrelated to interior fitoutpackages.
  • Track project costsmonitor progress against estimates and prepare reports formanagementreview.

Skills&Experience:
  • Minimumof X years of experience as an estimator in the construction orfitout industry with a strong focus on joinery glazed partitionsdrylining and structuralglazing.
  • Indepthknowledge of construction materials methods and industry standardsspecific to interior fitoutprojects.
  • Proficiency in estimatingsoftware (e.g. Bluebeam ProEst or similar) and strong MS Excelskills.
  • Excellent analytical andmathematical skills with a keen attention todetail.
  • Strong communication andnegotiation skills with the ability to build relationships withclients suppliers and internalteams.
  • Ability to work underpressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining highqualitystandards.
  • Relevant qualificationsin construction quantity surveying or a related field(preferred).
