Main duties of the job

Participate as a member of the nursing team to provide a high standard of research based care, support the team of staff working in the area to deliver a quality service which is linked to high standard of patient care and support the Sisters / Charge Nurses and Senior Sister / Charge Nurse in the training and development of junior staff

Provide essential nursing care and putting the patients first.

Administering medications when due.

Admitting, planning, evaluating and discharging patients


Communicate effectively and work in partnership with patients, nursing collages, the Multidisciplinary Team and all other relevant personnel
