About the Role: As a Behavioural Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioural challenges, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring a conducive learning environment. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Pastoral staff to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies and support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students with behavioural challenges.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
  • Collaborate with SLT and Pastoral staff to create individual support plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school environment.
  • Monitor and track student progress and behaviour improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
