We have over 150 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our team in Alcester.

The Sales Team Leader plays a vital role in achieving sales targets and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position requires a combination of sales excellence, leadership skills, and a drive for developing and mentoring a team of sales advisors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Assist in conducting coaching sessions to improve individual sales skills.
  • Identify training needs and develop training plans for team members.
  • Work with the Team Manager to review ways of working and streamline efficiencies to achieve sales expectations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with Regional Managers, taking & providing feedback; acting upon where required and supporting the sales process.

About You

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role. Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with previous experience in coaching and developing teams. You will need to have experience in using CRM software and some knowledge of private healthcare services would be an advantage.
