Depot Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an Depot Administrator to join our team based at Winsford. 

Main responsibilities

• Inputting information and costing on relevant business purchase orders, invoices & advice notes.
• Raising invoices to charge out works, both internally and externally inclusive of 3rd party & X-hire assets.
• Validating & Raising orders to pay our supply chain for assets that have sustained damage and following up this with the customer to ensure all monies are recovered.
• Updating asset database for all new & existing items of plant with required data and maintenance works with associated costings.
• Maintain Records of works completed and supporting processes in the central database in accordance with company policies.
• Ad-hoc tasks when required.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSE’S (or equivalent) at Grade C or above. These must include Maths and English.

Experience

• Strong Compliance/Maintenance background.
• Possess previous administration experience.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programmes.

Skills/Knowledge

• Planning Abilities.
• System Knowledge.
• Data Processing.
• Ability to identify trends.
