Depot Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an Depot Administrator to join our team based at Winsford.

**Main responsibilities**
- Inputting information and costing on relevant business purchase orders, invoices & advice notes.
- Raising invoices to charge out works, both internally and externally inclusive of 3rd party & X-hire assets.
- Validating & Raising orders to pay our supply chain for assets that have sustained damage and following up this with the customer to ensure all monies are recovered.
- Updating asset database for all new & existing items of plant with required data and maintenance works with associated costings.
- Maintain Records of works completed and supporting processes in the central database in accordance with company policies.
- Ad-hoc tasks when required.

**Qualifications**
- 5 GCSE’S (or equivalent) at Grade C or above. These must include Maths and English.

**Experience**
- Strong Compliance/Maintenance background.
- Possess previous administration experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programmes.

**Skills/Knowledge**
- Planning Abilities.
- System Knowledge.
- Data Processing.
- Ability to identify trends.
