Here at Field Sales Solutions, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a  Fleet Operations Executive

In return we can offer you a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum plus benefits

As our Fleet Operations Executive, you will deliver a high-quality service to Internal and External clients within agreed standards and procedures.

What will you be doing as our Fleet Operations Executive?

Providing accurate excel, administrative & operational support. Managing all fleet related queries from our field teams, accounts teams & Fleet Management company. Managing all vehicle movements and recovering vehicle damage costs from drivers. Assisting in the preparation and production of presentation material & feedback. Communicating with the field, Head Office, client, and supplier personnel in a professional & efficient manner, ensuring relevant processes are adhered to. Assisting the field team with expense queries and checking fleet invoices.

What will you need to be our Fleet Operations Executive?

Strong communication skills & confident telephone manner. Ability to approach & resolve sensitive situations Intermediate level Excel skills Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. A full clean UK driving licence Live within reasonable commutable distance to Thame in Oxfordshire.
