Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face customer support and advice related to energy solutions. Working closely with customers, you will offer expert guidance on our services, help customers understand their options, and drive engagement through direct, personalized service. This position emphasizes sales through customer interaction, where building trust and offering value are key to success.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers at events, in retail settings, and door-to-door, offering information about energy plans that meet their needs.
- Guide customers through their energy options, demonstrating the benefits of our cost-effective solutions.
- Develop strong customer relationships through face-to-face support, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work on various campaigns and promotions to increase customer awareness and drive engagement.
- Record detailed customer information to ensure effective communication and follow-up through our CRM system.
- Troubleshoot any customer issues and provide timely solutions that leave customers satisfied.
- Collaborate with sales teams to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.
- Stay informed about the energy market and industry trends to provide up-to-date advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Availability for full-time work, including flexible hours and the possibility of evenings/weekends.
- Applicants must not have applied to any Imperial Consulting roles in the past 30 days.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with customers face-to-face.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a passion for helping customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
