As the SAPIntegration Lead you will be responsible for overseeing theendtoend delivery of SAP integration projects. Your main objectivewill be to ensure that these projects align with business goals andmeet the expectations of stakeholders. This is a critical role thatrequires a deep understanding of SAP modules and a proven trackrecord of successfully delivering complexprojects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratewith business leaders and IT teams to define the scope objectivesand deliverables of SAP integrationprojects.
  • Develop comprehensive project planstimelines and budgets and closely monitor progress againstmilestones.
  • Act as the primary point of contactfor all SAP integration initiatives working closely with internalstakeholders external vendors and SAPconsultants.
  • Manage crossfunctional projectteams assigning tasks and responsibilities and providing guidanceand support as necessary.
  • Identify and assesspotential risks and issues and develop effective strategies tomitigate them ensuring the successful delivery ofprojects.
  • Oversee testing phases to validatethe functionality and performance of integrated SAP solutionsproactively gathering feedback from endusers and addressing anyissues that arise.
  • Provide training and supportto endusers to facilitate the smooth adoption of new SAP systemsand processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industrystandards best practices and regulatory requirements throughout theproject lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance the efficiency scalability and reliabilityof SAP integrationprocesses.

Qualificationsand Experience:

To succeed in thisrole you should have:

  • A minimum of 12years of experience in SAP integration with a strong track recordof delivering complex projects on time and withinbudget.
  • Extensive experience working in theFood and Beverage industry bottling industry or warehousemanagement providing you with valuable domainknowledge.
  • Deep expertise in SAP modules suchas SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA SAP BW/4HANA SAP PI/PO SAP Cloud PlatformIntegration (CPI) SAP Data Servicesetc.
  • Excellent leadership communication andstakeholder management skills allowing you to effectivelycollaborate with crossfunctional teams in a dynamicenvironment.
  • Proven problemsolving abilitiesand a keen attention to detail ensuring the successful resolutionof any issues that arise.
  • Preference for SAPcertification(s) demonstrating your commitment to professionalgrowth and expertise in thefield.
