For our Client, we are looking for candidates for the position of

SAP Integration Lead
London, hybrid

As the SAP Integration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of SAP integration projects. Your main objective will be to ensure that these projects align with business goals and meet the expectations of stakeholders. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of SAP modules and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of SAP integration projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and closely monitor progress against milestones.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP integration initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and SAP consultants.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support as necessary.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and issues, and develop effective strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Oversee testing phases to validate the functionality and performance of integrated SAP solutions, proactively gathering feedback from end-users and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the smooth adoption of new SAP systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of SAP integration processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP integration, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Extensive experience working in the Food and Beverage industry, bottling industry, or warehouse management, providing you with valuable domain knowledge.
  • Deep expertise in SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Data Services, etc.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail, ensuring the successful resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Preference for SAP certification(s), demonstrating your commitment to professional growth and expertise in the field.
