Role Overview:
The firm is looking for a hands-on Data Scientist at the Director level. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels in direct involvement with data and analytics rather than managing large teams. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and clients, providing strategic insights and advanced analytical solutions to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
- Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Project Leadership: Lead small, focused teams on high-impact projects, ensuring the delivery of top-quality data solutions.
- Client Interaction: Engage with high-profile clients to understand their needs, present findings, and influence decision-making.
- Travel: Be prepared for a high level of travel to client sites and other locations as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record as a hands-on Data Scientist, preferably at a senior level within a consulting or strategic advisory environment.

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
