The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Data to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping our data strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our CEO and CTO to develop and implement data-driven initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead a high-performing data team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality data insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and alignment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading data teams and developing data strategies
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £140,000 - £150,000
