A great opportunity for a career ambitious Bar Manager experienced and passionate about the luxury space has come available at Sofitel Heathrow T5. Overseeing the development and implementation of our brand strategy and initiatives whilst managing and maintaining the standards set is pivotal for the smooth running of our guest satisfaction and business incentives.

This position will be specifically for our Sphere Bar currenlty with the flexibility to become more multi-outlet with operations in due course. A fanatastic opportunity to develop your skills and growin a luxury space.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensuring costs and profitability are monitored and maintained at all times Effective cash handling and accounting procedures Recruiting and building a strong core team. Identifying Training needs of department and individuals Conducting performance reviews and assessing employee performance Motivation is maintained through recognition, reward, training and development. Focusing on guest satisfaction  Taking on additional support of senior management team where necessary.

Skills & Experience

Food Hygiene/Health & Safety Certificate High service quality standards driven and a ‘can do’ attitude. Full understanding of financial aspects of an F&B operation Fluent working with Micros/Fidelio Alcohol license holder Experience in working with a brand standard restriction. Knowledge and understanding of P&L
