Are you looking to kick-start your career in Human Resources (HR) and the NHS or looking for a new or different challenge?

We have an excellent opportunity a People Services Administrator to work in our fast paced HR Business Partner Team. Although some experience would be an advantage, more important are your excellent organisational and communication skills as well as attention to detail and customer focus.

Our HR function underpins all our Trust's activities and enables our staff to perform at their best. As a key person (often the first port of call and first point of contact), and you will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support to our HR & OD Directorate.

Main duties of the job

This role will support our Trust’s vision “We will improve the lives of our community and provide excellence in health and care, through partnership and innovation.” by providing administrative support to our People Lifecycle, ensuring that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
