TheRole

We are looking forapplications from individuals with a strong all-round knowledge andskill base experience across all areas of horticulture and groundmaintenance, to support 4 of our residential services within a 16mile radius.

Under direction, you will maintainand develop gardens, activity areas and grounds to ensure a highquality, safe and secure provision for the people we support, teammembers and visitors.

You will be required tounderstand and follow Health & Safety guidance and ensure thatthe practices and procedures are conducted in line with our Healthand Safety policy.

You will carry out routinegarden maintenance to occupied dwellings such as hedge cutting,basic plant care, pruning and weeding.

You willtake care of all grounds, ensuing they are clean, safe and litterfree.

You will be highly motivated andenthusiastic, able to prioritise, manage and organise your ownworkload

TheLocation

Options Autism arelooking for a Grounds Person to join our teams in our RoxbyHouse  and cover all Adults East sites which are a specialistservice, rated CQC Outstanding, which offers high quality supportand accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs and/orlearning disabilities.   We currently have permanent fulltime roles available – Days or Nights.  An ideal role forthose interested in supporting adults with varied and complexneeds.

Your work will be challenging andrewarding in equal measure.  Working in a support environmentwhere we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals arelistened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions aspossible.

We are based in Roxby, NearScunthorpe and are within commutable distance of Scunthorpe,Brigg, Broughton, Winterton and surrounding villages andtowns
