About the role

Location:  Unit 4, Stonebow Centre, Silver St, Lincoln LN2 1DY

Hours/Days: 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to 29k + commission 

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone wanting to come into the recruitment industry, willing to learn the intricacies of the role and build the best rapport with clients and candidates alike. More than anything we would love someone who is confident on the phones, takes the initiative to find ways to build and carve their own Temps desk in the market and knows when to lean on the team for support and morale boosting.

You’ll be building your own Temps desk, within the industrial and commercial sector.  The most important thing is how you work with new, existing, and lapsed clients to provide the best recruitment service And we put that trust in YOU

The Team

You will join the top Adecco branch, who currently hold their No.1 title in the Adecco League table. With an incredibly strong temps’ pipeline and a high performing set of consultants, there is nothing you won’t learn from this team.

Your Branch Manager, Kelly Dawson, is an unbelievable asset to the team. Kind in nature and fierce in recruitment spirit, you will be learning from the best. Alison, the Temps Candidate Consultant is the backbone of the branch, she will assist you in your sales and administration and find you top quality candidates for your clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Breaking down doors and securing new client wins
  • Identify sales leads for the team, achieve targets through consistent business development activity
  • Gain trust and consistency from clients through regular sales calls and networking
  • Identify suitable candidates through screening in accordance with the client’s requirements and agreed service levels
  • Carry out sales presentations at client meetings and be ready to bid to win a client 
  • Filling all temporary roles
About you

Are you from a high-end retail sales and retail management background? 

Have you worked in hospitality? Or a Front of house role?

Are you well versed in picking up the phone and being confident in handling difficult conversations and managing expectations?

Can you work under pressure whilst prioritising your workload?
