We are looking for a an experienced and passionate Mental Health Recovery Coach

Rethink Mental Illness Recovery College & Community Inclusion Service provides support for people aged 18 years and over who have mental health support needs. The service provides structured support which includes 121 & group-based support delivered in through a blended model

This role of the Community Mental Health Support Worker has been developed specifically for people who have experience of mental distress and are able to use their experience to offer empathy and understanding to others, inspiring hope and recovery with others. 

Community Mental Health Support Worker will deliver goal-focussed, person-centred support to service users based on co-produced and sustainable recovery plans and this is delivered flexibly including evening or weekends if a service user requires this due to work or education commitments.

Community Mental Health Support Worker will work with the team to offer pathways for those using the skill set of lived experience to support individuals accessing the service. The post holder will be required to travel across Milton Keynes areas to deliver the service.

*Appointments will be at the minimum of the band.

*London Allowance is paid for roles that are based within the Greater London area only.
