:In this role, you will work within the Inspection Operations team gaining valuable experience and building connections. You will look at the process for inspection, capture defects in audits, look at how we measure checks and analyse warranty and dealer data. The opportunity for hands-on learning will allow you to develop your skills at a faster pace. Everything you need for success is available to you here, with time on the job being utilised to its fullest potential.
What we’re looking for:
To excel in this role, you'll need to be driven, self-motivated, possess good attention to detail and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills. This role requires an individual who can communicate cross functionally with people at all levels, to relay your findings and solutions. Working within the Plant Quality Team, you'll support and provide solutions for issues/problems raised within your remit.
You'll need to:
Have a degree in EngineeringDemonstrate proficient use of Excel and PowerPointHave enthusiasm and motivation for working at Aston Martin LagondaBe able to take accountability and have an analytical mindset to problem-solve issues by collaboratively working with different groups of peopleHave the ability to work with others cross functionally and communicate well across all levelsWhat’s in it for you:
Within this role, you will have the opportunity to work with other departments and contribute to the success of our Plant Quality Team. You will work with Production, Body, Paint, Trim, Inspection Techs, Plant Vehicle Team, Aftersales and Warranty. The possibilities within the Plant Quality department are vast for the right candidate, as you will have exposure to various areas and ample opportunities to grow and develop.

You’ll be based at our Gaydon headquarters, with occasional travel to our site in StAthan.
