About the Role
In this position, you will be part of the Inspection Operations team, gaining valuable experience and building connections. You will examine the inspection process, identify defects in audits, and analyze warranty and dealer data. This role offers hands-on learning opportunities, allowing you to develop your skills at a faster pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Plant Quality Team to support and provide solutions for issues and problems within your remit.
- Communicate effectively with people at all levels, relaying findings and solutions.
- Work with Production, Body, Paint, Trim, Inspection Techs, Plant Vehicle Team, Aftersales, and Warranty departments.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering.
- Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiasm and motivation for working at Aston Martin Lagonda.
- Ability to take accountability and have an analytical mindset to problem-solve issues collaboratively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
