Credit Support – Hybrid / Salford Quays

3 - 6 months Temp position

Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. From initial design, supply and installation, through to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, we maintain the capability to help prevent, detect and monitor Fire and Security risks for our customers up and down the country. We are currently looking to appoint a new Billing Administrator located at our Head Office in Salford Quays.

Basic Salary – upto £24,000 per annum depending on experience

Marlowe Fire & Security’s Financial Order Processor’s

Are responsible for processing and managing credit support orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the order fulfillment process. This is a crucial role that ensures smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

    • Raising Composite Invoices
    • Posting of payments and allocation on customer accounts
    • Preparing Cash Collection report daily for relevant stakeholders
    • Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Responsible for the credit control of debt owed by companies within in the fire group.
    • Issuing statements/ copy invoices.
    • Deal with all emails sent to Credit Control email box.
    • Support Credit Controllers with Administrative Task when required.
    • Supporting the Credit Control Team Leader in maintaining the Department as a support function of the business.
    • Any other ad hoc task as and when required.

  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
  • Experience of Sage Line 200 & Cash4Windows preferred.
  • Experience with understanding Credit Reports.
