About Role:
We are seeking a Lecturer who is a committed individual and has the vision and skill to make a substantial contribution to developing the curriculum of Hair and Barbering.
The ideal candidate should have;
An Assessor’s qualification and must have professional qualifications at level 3 in Hairdressing and Barbering. Excellent communication and organisational skills are another pre-requisite, as is the ability to be an effective team member. A UK recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or similar equivalent’ Demonstrate an understanding of the current and future curriculum developments within own specialist area Level 2 English and Maths (e.g. GCSE A*-C,4-9) or equivalentCentral to the work you do will be enabling students to reach their full potential that equips them to progress into work, higher education or apprenticeships. About The Bedford College Group
The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.
