Job Description

Factory Analyst - (Purple Shift)
Night Shift - 4 on 4 off rotation - 6pm till 6am 

Based at our Fulfilment Centre in Warrington, the Factory Analyst will be based in our Control Room working alongside our resident Front Bank Team, Systems Analysts & Systems Site Lead. As part of our Analyst team, this role provides 1st Line Factory Systems Support. You’ll be ensuring that our site can operate smoothly through continuous flow control; by monitoring our systems, being the first point of contact for issues and owning the required escalation process. 

Core Responsibilites

Data Analysis of Line Performance through creating, interpreting and delivering reports.

Aligning stock profile as required and updating our WMS system accordingly.

Investigating issues

Understanding order flow issues and errors, solutions and escalations

1st line operational support - Monitoring our systems through Dashboards (Meraki, Zabbix, Power BI), Slack, Radio, CCTV.)

A high level of computer literacy – in particular, Excel/Google Sheets as creating reports is part of the role Willingness to learn and develop IT / Tech skills in support of the factory estate.  Excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications

Previous experience gained within a similar role in an FMCG environment

Demonstrable experience of working with Warehouse Management System

A high level of computer literacy – in particular, Excel/Google Sheets as creating reports is part of the role

An ability to analyse data to diagnose business performance
