Job Description

Factory Analyst - (Purple Shift)
Night Shift - 4 on 4 off rotation - 6pm till 6am 

Based at our Fulfilment Centre in Warrington, the Factory Analyst will  be based in our Control Room working alongside our resident Front Bank Team, Systems Analysts & Systems Site Lead. As part of our Analyst team, this role provides 1st Line Factory Systems Support.  You’ll be ensuring that our site can operate smoothly through continuous flow control; by monitoring our systems, being the first point of contact for issues and owning the required escalation process. 

Core Responsibilites

  • Data Analysis of Line Performance through creating, interpreting and delivering reports
  • Aligning stock profile as required and updating our WMS system accordingly
  • Investigating issues
  • Understanding order flow issues and errors, solutions and escalations
  • 1st line operational support - Monitoring our systems through Dashboards (Meraki, Zabbix, Power BI), Slack, Radio, CCTV)

  • A high level of computer literacy – in particular, Excel/Google Sheets as creating reports is part of the role
  • Willingness to learn and develop IT / Tech skills in support of the factory estate. 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 


Qualifications

  • Previous experience gained within a similar role in an FMCG environment
  • Demonstrable experience of working with Warehouse Management System
  • A high level of computer literacy – in particular, Excel/Google Sheets as creating reports is part of the role
  • An ability to analyse data to diagnose business performance
