Job Opportunity
- Start each day by unlocking the building and conducting a thorough inspection to ensure all security protocols are in place and the premises are ready for business
- Monitor the building for any faults or potential hazards and promptly report them to the relevant authorities to ensure a safe working environment for all occupants
- Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence, assisting visitors with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments and maintaining a log of all visitor information
- Control access to the building by monitoring entry and exit points, ensuring only authorised personnel and visitors are allowed entry and maintaining accurate records of all movements
- Manage and program security access badges for staff and visitors, ensuring that access rights are correctly assigned and updated as needed to maintain the building's security
