As a Commercial Property Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties, including commercial properties, education facilities, and manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Controlling access onto site and issuing keys and access cards
  • Monitoring CCTV activity and conducting external and internal patrols of site
  • Signing in visitors and contractors, issuing PPE, and taking in deliveries of mail and distributing to the right department/person
  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents and reporting them as necessary
  • Ensuring Health and Safety policies are adhered to and promoting a safe working environment
