About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our elite security team at a top-tier facility. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our site, personnel, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol and protect a 5-mile radius by vehicle and on foot, ensuring every inch of our site is secure.
  • Manage access across 3 unique gatehouses, each requiring its own special approach.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders through clear and concise radio communication.
  • Be a vital part of the First Response Team, working closely with our onsite Fire Station to handle emergencies.
  • Manage port operations with confidence, having received enhanced international training.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, demonstrating professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • SIA Licence
  • Full UK Driving License
  • 5 years of Security experience (preferred)
  • Clear communicator with excellent radio etiquette
  • IT literate and safety-conscious
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Right to Work (RTW) and 5-year checkable history
