We are recruiting Stock & Administration Team Managers into our brand-new contract with our prestigious customer, The White Company, based out of Rockingham, Corby. Employed on a permanent contract you will be embedded into the team from the very start of this exciting new relationship and be responsible for leading a team of stock and administration operatives to achieve and exceed KPI’s delivering unrivalled service to our customer.

Day to Day   

Lead a team of stock and administration operatives across various shift patterns Ensuring teams are working to achieve and where possible exceed KPI’s delivering a high level on time, on cost and in line with customer service expectations Coaching and mentoring team members where necessary and managing training requirements Championing health and safety best practice across the site ensuring all teams work in line with processes to keep everyone safe, implementing a safety first culture Responsible for clearly cascading working procedures and escalating any issues that arise Manage absence, conduct and performance issues in line with company policies with the support of the people team Our customer is at the heart of what we do and why we do it, we are looking for a manager to guide and optimise the warehouse functions in order to achieve the required standards of cost, efficiency, quality and productivity in all areas. Ensuring the best possible service levels are achieved for our customers.  Able to identify and implement new initiatives that enhance the operation and that add value to our customer operations Assist in the recruitment and induction of new colleagues with support of the people teams
