About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stock and Systems Operative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by maintaining accurate stock records, managing documentation, and updating systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain meticulous records of pallets to prevent financial discrepancies and operational disruptions.
  • Proactively manage all documentation related to stock movement within the warehouse.
  • Accurately update our systems with data from daily operational transactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with customers, transportation providers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
  • Adhere strictly to quality, health, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Ensure the integrity of our WMS database and schedules, minimizing any impact on service levels.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to optimize overall warehouse efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of interaction.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Prior experience with Manhattan WMS is highly advantageous.
  • A strong work ethic, capable of handling pressure and meeting time-sensitive targets.
  • Adaptable and able to multitask effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates commitment, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
