A dynamic UK-based technology company with a global impact across logistics, we’re searching for a Product Designer who is excited by the prospect of working in a rapidly growing international scale-up. We have significant runway thanks to our most recent Series B funding, which we raised from some of the best investors in the space: Eight Roads (Alibaba, Spendesk, Toast), Bessemer Venture Partners (LinkedIn, Twilio, Shopify), Episode 1 (Zoopla, Betfair, Shazam) and Dynamo Ventures (Sennder, Stord, Gatik).

Step into a vibrant role as our Product Designer, with a special focus on UX/UI, where you'll weave the fabric of our UI/UX design journey from start to finish. In this exciting position, you'll connect directly with the VP of Product and engage deeply with our varied, interdisciplinary teams. Your daily interactions will include close collaborations with our Product Managers, alongside Front End, Back End, and Full Stack Developers. Your insight will be pivotal in perfecting the design process, steering our product's design from its initial sketch to its final, refined form. Day-to-day you will:

  • Take charge of the product design journey, guiding it from initial idea through to final realisation, by leveraging your depth of knowledge.
  • Cultivate and enhance the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, infusing simplicity and clarity into the intricate landscape of our AI SaaS product. 
  • Embrace and transform insights from comprehensive user research into tangible enhancements, particularly tailored for enterprise SaaS solutions. 
  • Engage in harmonious collaboration with diverse teams—spanning engineering, product management, QA, Customer Success, and Sales—to faithfully bring the design vision to life. 
  • Gracefully present design concepts and prototypes, adopting a client-focused perspective in all dialogues. 
  • Embrace feedback with an open heart, refining and elevating the final designs to meet and surpass client desires and expectations. 
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging trends in design, technology, and user experience, leveraging this knowledge to continuously enrich our product offerings.

We specifically want someone who has:

  • A proven history of leading product design initiatives, notably within the dynamic environment of early-stage startups or pivotal roles in a SaaS scale-up. 
  • An impressive portfolio that highlights a depth of skill in B2B SaaS design, emphasizing intricate, enterprise-level systems products. 
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in conducting user research, adopting a client-oriented and customer-focused methodology. 
  • A distinguished track record in crafting systems, particularly those incorporating AI or workflow automation tailored for enterprise use. 
  • A robust foundation in UX/UI design, enriched by formal education or specialized training in user experience design. 
  • Outstanding communication abilities, paired with the strength to inspire and guide a design team. 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, or a similar discipline, is preferred.
