Qualifications:
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a care management role within the context of a care home setting.
- Profound comprehension of regulatory necessities and best practices within the care home industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on cultivating positive and supportive relationships.
- Passionate commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the care home environment.
- Act as a staunch advocate for both residents and staff, fostering a culture of transparent communication and unwavering support within the care home community.

Day-to-Day:
- Oversee and coordinate all daily operations of the care home, encompassing staff management, resident care, and compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

- Recruit, train, and provide ongoing guidance to a diverse and dedicated care staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care services.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, families, and external organizations to comprehensively address the individual needs and aspirations of each resident.
- Assume accountability for the financial and administrative facets of the care home, including budgeting, record-keeping, and resource allocation.
