Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with MLD, ensuring their educational needs are met
  • Assist teachers in creating inclusive and engaging lesson plans
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
  • Monitor and report on student progress and development
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and well-being
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly MLD
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake necessary training
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
