The Digital Executive oversees the strategy, creation, and management of our digital performance campaigns for all EMR brands and services to maximise the effectiveness of our Digital channels including Pay-per click, Digital Display and SEO. You will also manage and optimise every stage of the marketing funnel considering end to end customer journey and optimising conversions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Work alongside our media agency to create our digital strategy and annual plan in line with agreed budgets Continually analyse performance to understand and improve conversion and ROI across channels Spearhead a Search Engine Optimisation strategy to ensure both EMR and Luton Airport Express websites ranks well, and work with Digital optimisation and content manager to deliver change, evaluate website performance, and ensure all efforts align with the strategic goals. Periodic channel reporting, telling a story to the stakeholders which includes what’s being done to drive change. Effectively manage our digital agencies to get their best work, making sure deadlines and key KPI’s are met. Understand wider business performance notably through digital sales channels, working with the Digital Optimisation and Content Manager to understand how it impacts the digital campaign performance.

Key Skills & Experience

Digital Marketing expertise through digital marketing diploma or equivalent professional experience Good understanding of Microsoft office and Google Analytics for campaign measurement  Proven experience of working cross-functionally, securing buy in from senior stakeholders and leading projects to delivery  Evidence of challenging convention, demonstrating good initiative and thinking ‘out of the box’  Advanced experience in delivering profitable search campaigns

EMR has a hybrid working policy which is applicable for this role. This means the role can be based at home 2-3 days per week and in the office 2-3 days per week. Should you wish to work full time in the office this is also an option.
