**The opportunity**

As our DigitalMarketing Specialist, it will be your passion to drive our brand within thesectors linked with homeowners and home-movers, ensuring that our platform isknown for its substantial returns. More specifically, focused on generating newclients within the real estate and connected ancillary service markets.

Using all media at your disposal, mainly focusing on advertising and socialmedia advertising to generate inbound enquiries and interest in our suite ofservices and system features at BriefYourMarket.

**We are looking for**:
An individualwho is innovative in finding ways to elevate our brand, utilising our ownplatform as well as targeted media to showcase its potential. A realself-starter who will have the tenacity to execute campaigns and strategies toproduce high-quality inbound leads and overall meet the needs of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding our business mission and vision and developing strategies, both short and long-term to take us there.
- Thorough knowledge of our industries, tracking their markets to understand the challenges this will present to our own business and find solutions accordingly.
- Capitalise on the data that the business produces, using it to develop and change strategies accordingly.
- A strong belief in social media; elevating our brand on appropriate channels.
- Continue to work with media outlets whilst thinking of new ways to promote our business.
- Listening to the requirements of the sales teams to strengthen our proposition.
- Work with industry press to gain exposure in front of our target audience.
- Play a key role in the products development through personal use and client feedback.

**About you**

Skillsrequired:

- Knowledge of creating, running, and managing social media adverts
- Creative mindset to produce high-quality content.
- Direct experience in growing out a brand from the ground up.
- Exceptional written English and grammar.
- Analytics with data

Were based outof our very own two-storey commercial building in Little Eaton which is abeautiful village on the outskirts of Derby. Its a great location with freeon-site parking and plenty of local amenities.

Plus, theres some great walks / bike trails surrounding that many of the teamtake full advantage of at lunch or for a mid-afternoon break, with plenty oflocal food places and shops too.
