We are now looking for an experienced Head Receptionist to join our front of house team at Sky Garden. As Head Receptionist, you’ll be the first port of call for up to 6,000 guests per day, ensuring that everybody receives a warm welcome and any other assistance with their onward journey.
We’re looking for somebody smart (in all senses) and engaging. In addition to having excellent customer service and communication skills, you’ll need to be proficient with reservations systems and have a proactive approach to dealing with challenges as they arise.
The ideal Head Receptionist will need to have worked within a similar high end, high volume environment. As Head Receptionist you’ll be overseeing reception team members so leadership skills are essential.
